Welcome to Neural Decks ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our real-time web application (the "Service"). By using Neural Decks, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Neural Decks. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features, you must create an account using:

• A supported third-party OAuth provider (currently Google or Discord)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by factors outside our control.

3. Use of the Service

Neural Decks is provided for entertainment purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language
• Exploit bugs, cheats, or unintended mechanics
• Attempt to disrupt servers or real-time systems
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Use bots or automated tools without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Neural Decks uses artificial intelligence to generate decks and game content.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected
• Content is generated automatically and not reviewed by humans
• AI output is provided "as is" and for gameplay only
• You should not rely on AI-generated content as factual or professional advice

We are not responsible for the content generated by AI models used within the Service.

5. Real-Time Gameplay Disclaimer

Neural Decks relies on real-time networking and third-party infrastructure.

You acknowledge that:

• Gameplay may experience delays, interruptions, or disconnects
• Game state may be lost due to technical issues
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Attempt to bypass security or safeguards

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including software, design, branding, and content—belong to Neural Decks or its licensors.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Availability or reliability
• Accuracy of AI-generated content

Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Neural Decks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes loss of data, loss of gameplay progress, or service interruptions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service (which is currently $0).

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
